Our Vision for the church includes: Forming a powerful spiritual bond amongst our members through the Word and love of God. Forming powerful ministries that will touch the lives in our neighboring communities. Establishing a very powerful Outreach ministry that will cater to our local communities. Moving into a larger sanctuary that will hold over 500 members. Although, we will grow in number, we will still attempt to maintain our close spiritual bond. Purchasing a church van (s) and to provide transportation for the elderly and local residents who express a desire to attend OLM.
We will diligently attempt to invite persons from all cultural and racial backgrounds. This will be done with hopes of forming a dynamic, Spirit-filled multi-cultural and multi-racial congregation. Tutoring services for our youth. Christian daycare and schooling taught by certified teachers who possess a love for God and who are not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Providing avenues for all that desire to learn about the Word of God. These avenues include dynamic Sunday school and Bible Study sessions. Further, there will be various recreational activities and fellowship gatherings. To empower our congregants to be entrepreneurs and/or become financially stable; that they may be able to help others who may be less fortunate.
Mission
Our mission is twofold. Firstly, to deliver the Word of God in a manner that is simplistic yet profound. We want to reach those persons that are lost without hope and without understanding of God’s Word. Secondly, we wish to deliver this word through the Love of God. We live in a world that is thirsting for the Agape (unconditional) love of Christ. It is our mission to demonstrate God’s love in all that we do and say allowing God to get the glory. The Bible says in John 13: 34-35, “A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another, as I have loved you, that ye also love. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.”
Our History
One Love Ministries is a non-denominational church. We believe that the Body of Christ should not be divided and that he has called us into Christianity and not denominationalism.
One Love Ministries (OLM) was founded with the purpose of teaching the unadulterated truths found in the Word of God. We officially organized and entered into covenant to observe the principles of Christianity and maintain public worship on July 13, 2003 with eight adult members.
Our Motto
Our Motto is “One Faith, One God, One Love”. Your decision to follow God’s calling and join One Love Ministries will be fruitful if you come willing to serve and work for the Lord. If you are faithful in attending Bible Study, Sunday school, and Worship Services, you will grow astronomically.
